Thank you for participating in our Future of Work / Fractional C-suite survey! I conducted this survey to gather insights from fractional professionals across various communities.

What’s the backstory or my end goal? Why?

The inspiration behind this survey comes from my own journey as a consultant for the past 10 years, during which I've balanced client work with building my own startups.

I was curious to learn whether others in the fractional space face similar challenges and whether there might be opportunities to enhance my practice and help others. Beyond that, I'm deeply interested in the future of work—a topic I actively write about and hope to contribute to by developing a product or service that helps Fractionals close more sales.

Lastly, I'm eager to connect with fellow fractionals. While being a fractional consultant can sometimes feel isolating, it's a rapidly growing field, and I'm excited to be part of a community that's shaping the future of work.. and we can all learn by doing, together.

The survey link was shared on 6 Slack communities, LinkedIn, Twitter, and directly with our network, and it remained active for three weeks.
